Gallagher Home Health Services marched in the 49th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Despite the frigid temperatures, there were some peeks of sunshine and plenty of beads and t-shirts to hand out to the crowd!
Thank you to everyone who came out to see us, for more photos visit our photo album on www.facebook.com/gallagherhhs
My wife had a stroke and can’t talk, so I will for her. Cindy is absolutely the best… I can’t say enough praise regarding her.
Excellent! In all honesty, David is so conscientious and truly cares. I want to adopt him! You guys followed up with me after I was done too, which showed how much you really care. I’m very impressed with you!
I was so lucky to have Janie. I can call or text her and she is always right there. It’s so hard being 22 and to be seen 5 days a week. But Janie makes it easier to me to deal with it. She’s just amazing!
Wonderful! Very prompt and efficient. I love my nurse Stacey.
I’m a nurse myself and I know what to look for. I swear your staff is better than me! You’re an amazing team – I would not have been able to have my mom home and care for her without you. I will never use anyone but Gallagher!
David was super great, very helpful and used wonderful techniques. Lynette was very good and so kind. Chelsea was amazing, so helpful, and really spent the time James needed and then some. She also has wonderful techniques. Vicki had good bathing skills as well. Pam was the best nurse I’ve ever encountered. Gallagher just has absolutely the best people working for them. I would change nothing. They are wonderful. I wish I could thank the discharge nurse at Mercy who suggested Gallagher. I’d never heard of you and I was so grateful to have you.
This year, we held our annual company picnic on Sunday, July 24th, at Scott Township Park. The whole event lasted from 12PM to 6PM, with tasty food being served between 1PM and 3PM.
Like most events held by Gallagher, there were many prizes to be won and fun to be had! In fact, there were over 43 gift baskets up for grabs. Some of the prizes included wine, gift cards, spa visits, tanning, lottery tickets, food, home decor, and a Keurig.
This year, we used a raffle system to award out prizes. Each employee in attendance got a certain number of tickets depending on how many years they have been with us. Additionally, tickets were available to purchase if you wanted to increase your odds. Ticket prices were 1 for $1, 7 for $5, and 15 for $10. All of the money from these sales was donated to Toys for Tots.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we were able to collect $546 for this charity!
There were also many fun activities for the whole family, including games and face painting!
One game even involved feeding each other watermelon!
Overall, the picnic was an astounding success and everyone seemed to have a great time! Special thanks to Halyna Smereka, Kim Rosser-Boehm, Lisa Stiller, Michael Kuten, and Susan Reich for planning this awesome event.

These employees answered 24 questions based on seven different factors, including sections on alignment, effectiveness, connection, managers, leadership, basics, and employee engagement.
Many employees would recommend working at Gallagher Home Health Services to others, while others feel that working at Gallagher helps them to reach their full potential. Employees also take pride in the strong values and ethics of the company and believe their pay is fair for the work they do.
Gallagher would truly like to thank each and every one of their employees for making this award a possibility. Without their dedication, hard work, and passion for their jobs, the company would not be the success it is today.
I was very satisfied with everyone that came out. It was a huge deal to me feeling comfortable with each and every person that entered my home. Megan was beyond good, so informative and she was my second opinion on things that I was able to take to my doc because she helped me better understand. Kudos to Megan. I’d use you again 100%.
